Controlling water temperature during incubation is essential to hatchery management. Treating for fungus can be a health hazard and creates additional workload for many hatcheries.  Many programs require mass marking of fry releases. Redd Zone Egg Eyeing Stations recycle the water which allows for effective temperature modulation. Each circulation cycle the water passes through a UV sterilizer that kills virtually all viruses, bacteria and fungal spores. Each time the water returns to its reservoir a spray bar re-oxygenates the water and removes CO2 resulting in an ideal medium for egg development. Temperature control from the system chiller meets or exceeds protocols for effective pre-hatch otolith marking.  Four sizes of Egg Eying Stations are available from 150,000 salmon egg capacity to 1.2 million egg capacity.
